Aptly cited as an influential driving force in the indie rock and punk scenes through much of the ‘80s and ‘90s, New York-based band Sonic Youth have continued to evolve and experiment with their music. This year the band will release The Eternal, their first independent album since leaving their major label. Sonic Youth are making their way to 9:30 Club this summer, and we’re giving you a chance to grab tickets first for their crowd-pleasing cacophony.
